Η εταιρεία ιδρύθηκε το 1934 ως εταιρεία τεχνικών αντιπροσωπειών με το όνομα ΜΙΛΤΟΣ Π. ΠΕΣΝΙΚΙΔΗΣ, το 1969 έγινε ΕΠΕ και το 1986 περιήλθε στην κυριότητα του ΤΙΜΟΛΕΟΝΤΑ ΚΟΥΒΕΛΗ και της οικογένειας του, οπότε απέκτησε και την σημερινή ονομασία της.
